Founded in 2020 in Ajax, Ontario, IOT PROMECH was established to bridge the gap between OEM controls and base Building Management Systems (BMS). Our mission is to deliver smart, integrated solutions that enhance building performance, efficiency, and connectivity.

To better serve a wide range of client needs, we operate under two specialized divisions:

• IOT      PROMECH – Focused on smart building integration, BMS      controls, IoT-based automation, and HVAC system services. Through our      hands-on, service-first approach, we’ve become a trusted partner to major      industry players, including Armstrong Fluid Technology.

• IOTPROENGINEERING –      Specializing in energy audits, system balancing, and mechanical design.      This division brings technical expertise and precision engineering to      projects aimed at optimizing energy use and system performance.

Our roots go back to the early 2010s with In-Sync Electrical and Control—a pioneer in building automation and green technology. Leveraging years of experience in top smart HVAC firms, we founded IOT PROMECH to create agile, forward-thinking solutions free from the constraints of large corporate structures.
